This is based on a standard 2 – 3 day Royal Mail delivery within mainland UK.

The Royal Mail will attempt delivery and if the recipient is not at home a card will be left with written instructions asking them to contact their local post office to arrange collection. It is then the recipient’s responsibility to contact the Royal Mail and arrange for collection. It is the Purchasers responsibility to ensure that a recipient or representative is present to sign for the delivery. If the delivery is returned to Vita Canis, re-delivery will not be possible and the order will be cancelled and Purchaser refunded in full.
Vita Canis does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact Vita Canis within 2 working days.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement. Goods must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging, within seven working days from the date of receiving your order. In this instance please send us a notice of your return by emailing email@example.com with your name, address, order number and reasons for return. Please return goods by recorded delivery and retain the recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.
You may also cancel your order at anytime before dispatch by simply calling us or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and order number. After dispatch you may still cancel as long as you do so within seven working days from the date of receiving your order. In this instance please send us a notice of cancellation by emailing email@example.com with your name, address and order number. Please return goods unopened and unused in their original packaging, by recorded delivery and retain the recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.
All returned goods will be checked on receipt – for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will then email you to confirm details of your refund or replacement. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
